Common questions

Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 30-day sandbox environment for Professional and Enterprise prospects. No credit card required. Contact us to get access.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal. Our team will help you transition without losing data.
How is a "site" defined?
A site is a top-level Portfolio or Site node in the asset hierarchy — for example, a building complex, industrial plant, or campus. Sub-locations within a site do not count separately.
Do vendors and contractors count as users?
Vendor and contractor users in the vendor portal are counted. Auditor read-only accounts are included at no additional cost in Professional and Enterprise plans.
What currencies and payment methods do you accept?
We invoice in USD. Enterprise customers may request invoicing in EUR or local currency. We accept wire transfer and major corporate credit cards.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
Yes. Upon cancellation you have 60 days to export all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON). After 60 days, data is securely deleted per our retention policy.
Where is data hosted?
Prexira is hosted on AWS in the us-east-1 region. Enterprise customers may request EU hosting. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or public sector?
Yes. We offer special pricing for non-profit organizations, public sector entities, and academic institutions. Contact us with your organization details.
